Have you ever go on a diet? Already have a good body? and never getting fat for everything you've eat? Thanks to God then,, Well,I have go on diet..many times.. because after married my weight is increasing too muucchhh than before,making me so stressful. But only one way diet have works for me.. Diet about calories.. Makes you confuse? yeaah I know.. Let me tell you how to go on diet like i do..

First, you have to do detox by eat fruits and vegetables (ONLY),for three days. Please do not eat anything but that. It aims to clean the dirt inside our stomachs.

Second, after a detox..then we can eat as usually BUT we have to counting all the calories in to our body, we just eat as needed by our body. I will tell you the details. Usually your body eats about 2200 cal per day as needed but sometimes more than that and because your body consume too much food which is not necessary by your body,it will makes food piling up in your body and making us fatter,fatter and fatter. That's why we have to control what food are we going to eat,how many calories we need everyday. If you are an active person,I mean you works,school,etc. You will need at least 1000cal per day. But if your activities not much,you can consume 800cal per day. How to counting it? i will give you my simple menu;

==>Morning ; Always eat fruit. I suggest to eat an apple,it safe for our stomach.
one apple same as 50 Cal, so we can it 2 apples. You can eat wheat bread
one bread same as 50 Cal, without any jam. So,you can eat 2 also.

==> Day ; If you eat rice, take 3/4 glass of rice,it only 175cal.
Chicken fillet (raw=50cal) you can fry it or bake and because you fry with oil
or bake with margarine the calorie will be increase. One spoon of oil/margarine is about 50 cal. So,the average maybe 200cal.
Dont forget your vegetables, you can eat as much as u want. One portion of a
bowl vegetables (cooked boiling) can be 100 cal.
In a day you consume 175 + 200 + 100 = 475 (rounded as 500)
*the calories one piece of chicken same as one fish or meat (raw)

==> Nite ; Because in the night you dont many activities, so please stop eating
before 7pm o'clock. you can eat fruits but you have to still counting the calories.

Third, please do not take SNACKS! any snacks. Read the calories behind packaging,you will know how many calories will you eat if you consume it.

It is works for me,I've been losing 20 pounds (10kg) in about 6 weeks. this is not quick diet but if you stop this diet,your body will not increasing fat suddenly,will be increase as slow as like your diet,slowly decrease. Well,I hope you can do it also like me..

Foot note; Please don't eat donuts (250 cal) or something like spons,they were fried and can absorb an oil as much as needed while it fry.
